My wife and I do not like vacation timeshare points, and here’s why. We have said this about points verses buying a deeded week over and over. When we hear or read about the problems people have with the point system it makes us sick. The customer buys in good faith but the corporation behind the salesman does not carry through. In this economy when it comes to your hard earned money, you want to get everything in writing. Even that sometimes won’t help when that salesperson is gone and you no longer have that contact.

It has been years since we have been to Florida and to Walt Disney World. When we say years we mean 20 years, at least. We don’t have much information about Disney World, but we found a website that will give any of our readers, we think, the information they need if planning a trip to Disney World.Everything from weather, motels inside and outside of Disney World, tickets, restaurants etc,etc. Click Here.
We are planning to use one or two of our timeshare vacation properties within the near future and we will definitely use Dad’s Guide To Walt Disney World as our guide. Because Florida is a popular destination for tourist and the thousands of timeshare accommodations we don’t believe we will have a problem in exchanging into that area. If anybody has any advice or experience about Disney World, please add your information below. We would love to hear from you and so would our viewers. This post is targeted to Young Mothers who travel with Young Kids
This may or may not interest everybody but it may be of help to Mothers who are looking for ways to travel with young kids and have a enjoyable vacation that will last a lifetime. My wife and I are retired and have traveled and timeshare vacationed with our grown adult children and their young kids.
Timeshare resorts usually offer many amenities that a typical motel/hotel chain do not offer, such as two and three bedrooms, swimming pools, kids play areas etc,etc. We have never had any problems traveling with our young grandchildren, but it really helped that the parents were on vacation with us, and I am sure they were just as happy having us take care of the grandchildren a couple of times also. Giving Disney Vacation Club the first right of refusal (which means they reserve the right to buy first if you wish to sell)
bothers me. But this is my personal opinion!
Note: If the new terms of purchase means that the benefits I purchased at Disney Vacation Club cannot be transferred when I want to sell because I must offer my timeshare back to Disney first I might be screwed. They may offer less than what I can really get it for, which is often the case, and Disney will turn around and sell it for a substantial profit. That is what worries me.
