Well, this idea certainly has some merit. The timeshare industry must change. Resorts are sitting with empty units where the maintenance fee’s of these empty units must be absorbed by the current owners.  With lots of younger families not wanting to pay $25,000 to $45,000 for a 10 yr to 15 yr payoff and annual maintenance fee’s on top of the monthly payments this might be the answer for a lot of people and in particular people who have owned timeshare units for 10 to 15 yrs and want to sell their units.  Read this article by clicking here!
