One of the advantages of points related timeshare is the ease of foreclosure by the Disney. There is no titled deed at a local court house. All you bought into was a timeshare membership club. Just think you put 10% or more as a down payment and made a few payments before you realized you might have made a mistake. Well, that’s the reason my wife and I have only deeded timeshare real estate.

You can still purchase on today’s real estate market timeshare property for less than the down payment you would have had to make at Disney or any other point related resort. Here are a couple of resorts that offer legitimate deeded timeshare properties from owners who have had their timeshare property for many many years and are now willing to sell for pennies on the dollar.

Excellent timeshare deeded or point related  resorts where you can buy timeshare weeks like we did for less than you can rent the units for if you called the resort requesting to rent for a  week. Contact Breezy Point, Minnesota. Many for $500 purchase price.

Another excellent resort to purchase a timeshare unit at is Treetop Resort at Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. Many purchases for $500.
