This is what we like to see. My wife and I have purchased over the last 15 years 3 deeded timeshare properties from previous owners for less than 10 cents on the dollar. For example: We purchased a prime summer week from a previous owner for $400. That owner purchased it from the previous owner for $10,000. So, for $400 some 4-5 years ago we have had some great vacations just 2.5 hrs away from our home. See the deeded week we purchased for $400 here.
