Here’s an article about Diamond Resorts International going after legal firms, law firms that offer timeshare customers a way out of their contracts. We can see why they are upset but locking customers into long term contracts under high pressure salesman can be damaging as well. This is something that timeshare companies should address. The sales pressure that is applied to new customers is the same sales approach 30 years ago. The points program is where the fraud starts, in our opinion.
