Timeshare resales – How We Purchased 3 Resale Deeded Timeshare Properties Through The Internet! The timeshare resales market is perfect in 2014 and beyound. The market is seeing timeshare owners who have owned deeded timeshare for 20 years or more, were happy buyers at the time they purchased, for retail prices in the $10,000 to $30,000 range and now want to sell. They took the hit and purchased retail and now want to sell. That’s how we purchased our 3 deeded timeshare weeks for little or nothing and have used these timeshare properties either at the resort were we purchased or for exchanging. Imagine buying properties that originally cost the previous owners $10,000 to $25,000 and buying them for little or nothing and as low as $1.00. All we pay are the maintenance fees which total about $1,500 between the 3 resorts. That’s 21 vacation days each year at many different locations in 2 bedroom, fully furnished timeshare resorts for a monthly budget of $124 per month. Most timeshare resells are for the nominal price as low as $1, so the
“new owner only takes responsibility of maintenance and other recurring fees”
We recently took a 10 day (non-timeshare) vacation. The motel rooms varied in price and location. The accommodations were not 5 star like our timeshare units.
