We received this information morning. Of course, we have seen these types of ads before. Now the question we have is this legitimate, right? Well, with the Internet we can do a bit of research and so can you. We don’t know if this is a legitimate person. Everything appears to be real.
Now we don’t know if: LauriesVacationClub is legitimate, do we? It could very well be. The image implies that the vacation club is run by a woman and the video might be that women. It could be a very sincere person with every intent of starting a travel related business. It could be a franchise travel agency. We just don’t know.
We did a Internet check on where Lauries Vacation Club ranks in google or anywhere. We found nothing. In comparison, we rank #1 on google but it has taken us 17 years to put together our information.
Vacation clubs are the next generation kind of timeshare or similar to point related timeshare but supposedly you are not tied into long term contracts.

The deeded week was at Breezy Point Internationalonly 3 hours from our home here in Minnesota. The previous owners lived only one mile outside of Breezy Point International and partly purchased the timeshare for the privileges of using the resort facilities anytime during the year when family and relatives visited. Otherwise, during the 10 years they owned the deeded week they used it for exchanging vacations to other resorts around the USA.
We had a professional closing facility take care of all the details and the exchange of ownership took place within 30 days. We have used our deeded week every year for the last 5 years and continue to look forward every spring early summer to using it.

We own 3 deeded timeshare vacation weeks,that we purchased for pennies on the dollar and look forward to using them every year. A couple of times we thought we might not be able to use one or more weeks for some reason or another and were tempted to advertise on Craigs List. We didn’t.
Our recommendation. Go directly to a timeshare resort and ask for a timeshare association contact office to see what you could purchase directly from the association on a foreclosed week.
