Timeshare owners are suing the U.S. Virgin Islands over new fee…
Kathy Kuchinski of Florida said she and her husband were already thinking of dumping their week-long timeshare.
So, a government, the U.S Virgin Islands, decides they need more money and wants to charge current timeshare owners $25 per day they spend in their purchased timeshare property. This has nothing to do with maintenance of the timeshare property. Why would anyone purchase a timeshare in the U.S Virgin Islands when the local government wants to charge you a annual tax just for using your vacation home.
